Beverly and I would like to welcome you to The Rock Church of Shelby County website. We invite you to bring your family and worship with us, where we celebrate the demonstration of God’s Kingdom at work in His church today.
We are a five-fold, non-denominational, spirit-filled church offering hospitality to all who enter the church doors. Expect to hear upbeat contemporary music as you worship with us. Casual dress is welcome. We hope to challenge you to have a passionate walk with Christ.
We are all about strong family life and developing a vibrant walk with God. Beverly and I have been married over 30 years, so we have experienced the trials of raising five kids and now enjoy our grandchildren. However, our path and marriage has not always been stable. In 1990, we became involved in and a part of The Rock Church in Mobile, AL, pastored by Apostle Aaron and Robbie Smith. It was through this father/son relationship that we developed a true Kingdom foundation and discovered a true spiritual father; building a solid foundation on the truth of the Kingdom of God.
